User-Generated Content: You retain ownership of any content you input into our Service. However, by using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by our AI tools using your inputs is owned by you, subject to these Terms. We retain the right to use anonymized and aggregated data for service improvement purposes.

5. Payment and Billing

Certain features of our Service may require payment. By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to pay all fees associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with at least 30 days notice for existing subscribers.

6. Service Availability

Our total liability for any claims arising from or relating to this Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vol Labs FZCO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
