Generated Content

We store AI-generated content associated with your store:

  • Reframed and background-changed images
  • Generated videos
  • Keyword research results
  • Generated product descriptions (until you save them to Shopify)

What We Do NOT Collect

  • Customer personal information
  • Order or transaction data
  • Payment information
  • Customer browsing behavior

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the app's core functionality (generating images, videos, descriptions, and keywords)
  • Save your generated content for future access
  • Improve and maintain the app

Third-Party Services

Courtney AI uses the following third-party services to provide AI functionality:

  • Fal.ai — For image generation, background replacement, and video creation
  • DataForSEO — For keyword research data from Google and Amazon

When you use these features, relevant product data (such as images and titles) is sent to these services for processing. Please refer to their respective privacy policies for more information.

Data Storage and Security

  • Generated content is stored in our secure database
  • Data is associated with your Shopify store domain
  • We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data

Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as the app is installed on your store. When you uninstall Courtney AI:

  • All session data is deleted
  • All generated images, videos, and keywords associated with your store are deleted

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data stored in the app
  • Delete your data by uninstalling the app
  • Request information about what data we store
